Ned Kelly® Austalia utilises Australia Post services and its overseas partners for shipping. We do not take any responsibility for stolen, damaged or lost good whilst in transit with Australia Post or its overseas partners.

In light of changes to shipping costs, Ned Kelly® Austalia has the right to increase shipping costs at any time without notice. Please contact us by email: contact@nk1880.com.au should you require an alternative shipping arrangement.


Exchange/Return policy

Ned Kelly® Austalia guarantees against any defects in materials or craftsmanship.

Consumer guarantees do not apply if you:

* Received what you asked for and have:

o changed your mind; or

o found it cheaper somewhere else; or

o decided you did not like the purchase; or

o had no use for it.

* Misused a product in any way that caused the problem.

* Knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product.

* Requested a service to be performed in a certain manner against the advice of the business or were unclear as to what you wanted.
